I have over 14 years experience in the education sector - 12 years of which was spent as a Lecturer in the Further Education field working across 4 campuses in NI, instructing adults of all ages, including special needs students focusing mainly in IT, also delivered various non IT related subjects.
I started my own IT Training company in 2009 which is when the link was forged with Transition Training among other semi state businesses.
I am currently going through the Train the Trainer award for Thin End of the Wedge programme which I find fascinating and eye opening. I think its in looking at the mistakes of the past that we learn to move forward more effectively. |
